For Students:
This process is intended for students who plan to complete coursework at an institution other than UC Merced and need to have that coursework reviewed for applicability to their major, minor, or direct UC Merced course equivalency. Note, this form is to only be used for review of courses housed within the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.
For courses offered in the School Natural Sciences, their webform can be found here.
For courses offered in the School of Engineering, their webform can be found here.
Processing time: A minimum of 12 weeks upon submission
Currently Processing: All submissions received on or prior to October 3, 2024
Complete the Web form if you are submitting courses for review for:
- Summer School taken outside UC Merced
- EAP courses
- Other unarticulated transfer credits
